The Institute regularly organizes a series of seminars as 'Managerial Challenges'. Well-known personalities from all walks of life are invited to present before the students the challenges they have come to face in the course of their work and career. The seminars are meant to be a problem-sharing and solution seeking experience, through which the students are able to create a link between theory and practice.
Over the past year a number of illustrious guests visited the campus and shared their experiences and expertise. The seminars delivered by them provided the students with deep knowledge and insights into the real world of business and the challenges therein.
By participating in such seminars students imbibe new ideas and values. They are better able to appreciate the importance of hard work, dedication and sincerity to self and work and the need for honesty and ethics in life. |
